Contact Us

A question, a mistake you found, a tool suggestion, or a request about your data: write to us.

How to reach us

You can contact CalcToolsX by email, simply and directly. Write to calctoolx@gmail.com and your message goes to the person who runs the site. There is no sign-up, no form, and no automated support in between.

We reply as soon as possible, usually within a few days. Requests about personal data follow the deadlines set by the LGPD (Brazil's General Data Protection Law). If the reply is slow, it is worth sending the message again: sometimes it ends up in the spam folder.

What you can write about

Each topic below opens your email app with the subject line already filled in, to make things easier.

How to write so you get a faster reply

If you found a mistake

Tell us which tool you used, the values you entered, the result that appeared, and what you expected to see. If you can, also mention your browser and device (for example, Chrome on a phone). With that information, reproducing the problem takes only a few minutes.

If you want to suggest a tool

Explain the problem it would solve, not just its name. We prioritize universal topics in math, science, conversions, technology, and everyday life that serve many people and that we can explain well.

If you have a question about the content

Mention the page and the passage. That makes it easy to understand what was unclear and to improve the explanation for future readers.

What we do not do by email

CalcToolsX is for educational purposes. For that reason, we do not offer individual consulting, we do not solve exercise lists, and we do not advise on professional, medical, financial, or legal decisions. The explanations on each page exist precisely so you can understand the calculation on your own.

We also never ask for passwords, bank details, documents, or payments by email. If someone uses the CalcToolsX name to ask for anything like that, be suspicious and do not reply.

A word about the project

CalcToolsX is an independent project, maintained by one person who enjoys explaining calculations clearly. Messages are read by whoever runs the site, and a note about a mistake or a question is the best way for the site to improve. Want to know more about how the site works? See the page about CalcToolsX.
